We provide both. Many issues can be solved remotely through our helpdesk and monitoring tools, but we also dispatch technicians for on-site support when needed.

Q: Can you migrate my business to Microsoft 365?

Yes. We handle email migrations, OneDrive/SharePoint setup, Teams configuration, and licensing. We also provide ongoing management and backup services for Microsoft 365.

Yes, we handle number porting, so your business keeps the same phone number when switching to Zoom Phones.

Q: Do you support faxing with Zoom Phones?

Yes. We provide analog telephone adapters (ATAs) for businesses that still need fax service.

Hardware & Networking

Q: Do you sell or replace computers and network equipment?

Yes. We supply and configure business-class computers, servers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and security hardware. We also plan for lifecycle upgrades to ensure your business stays current.

Q: How long does network hardware like PoE switches usually last?

On average, 5–7 years. We recommend proactively replacing hardware before failure to avoid downtime.

Billing & Contracts

Q: Do you offer monthly plans or hourly billing?

We offer both. Most clients opt for a managed monthly plan, which provides predictable costs and proactive service. However, we also offer hourly support as needed.

Q: How does billing work?

We send detailed invoices. Automated and manual payments can be made securely online.
